If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send the items back to our warehouse in its original, unused condition and with its original tags & packaging intact.
The cost of returning an item to us is the customer's responsibility.
Please contact us via email at email@example.com within 14 days of the delivery alongside a completed returns slip with your order number and reason for return, please also let us know if you want a refund or exchange. Once approved you can start the returning.
Your refund will be issued within 3 working days after we receive your return package if the return order is eligible for a refund. Your payment will be returned to the original card and it may take up to 10 working days, depending on how much time your financial institute needs. if you don't receive your refund in 10 working days, please contact your financial institute first, and if the problem still exists please feel free to contact us via email.
If you've requested for an exchange for an item, your requested item will be shipped to you 3 working days after we receive the return package and you will be sent a new tracking number via email.
Damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items must be reported by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of delivery. Please include a photo of the damaged item or packaging as well as your order number in the email and you will receive a prepaid label for the return in your email reply.
We will arrange a prompt replacement of the item within 2 business days after we receive your email.
